Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. If for any reason the parcel cannot be delivered, Australia Post will leave a slip specifying pickup and location details for you to collect your purchase.
Please take care when providing a delivery address. Any parcels returned to CHARLIE J. due to an incorrect address will be re-delivered at the customer's expense.
Please understand that we do our very best to ensure that all orders are delivered in the specified timeframes. However, please note that during our sale/promotional and holiday periods, delivery may be longer than specified. If you are concerned that your order is running late or lost, please get in touch so that we can assist in tracking it down!

How do I know what size to choose?
All our items are in Australian sizing. We also provide a sizing chart on each individual product page.
What if I receive an item that is faulty?
All items are thoroughly checked by our team. We make sure that the items you receive are in perfect condition but in rare cases if you do find a fault in the item simply contact us firstname.lastname@example.org so we can replace the item. Please note, items that are worn out and damaged by yourself will not be considered as a fault.

How do I send my return back?

What items can be returned?
We only accept returns for full priced items and items purchased on promotion.Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a store credit, so please choose carefully before you buy.For hygienic reasons, under garments and accessories cannot be returned.
Do you offer Refunds?
If you have concerns about an item with sizing, colour etc we are always here to help. Please contact us at email@example.com We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer store credit coupon with no expiry.
Will you accept my return?
Items can be returned for a store credit. To be eligible, your items must be:
Returned to us within 14 days (Australia)/21 days (International) of receiving parcel
Remain in original condition with swing tags attached
Are unworn and unwashed
Have no makeup stains or perfume/wardrobe smell
Are not sale items
Not purchased using a store credit voucher
If your return doesn’t meet the requirements, your package will be sent back to you with a $10 return fee. We reserves the right to reject any return if the garment has been returned back to us not in its original condition. Any garment/s returned to us that have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way or form will be rejected of a store credit We will not credit you for original postage paid.
Who will pay for the postage of my return or exchange?
The cost of return your order to CHARLIE J. is at the customer’s expense.We strongly recommend shipping your return back using trackable post as we are not responsible for any returns which are lost in transit or do not arrive.

How do I do an exchange?
Due to the fast turnaround and high amount of orders, we cannot hold items.Once you receive your store credit code, you can use this to repurchase the size, colour or style that you are after.
I have sent back my items how long before I’ll receive my store credit coupon?
Once your item has been received in our office, our team will inspect and assess your garment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed.Your store credit code will be emailed to the email address indicated on your order and is issued for the full value of the returned item/s, less any discounts applied to your order and shipping costs your order may have incurred. Please be sure to check your junk mail for your store credit code.
