All items are thoroughly checked by our team. We make sure that the items you receive are in perfect condition but in rare cases if you do find a fault in the item simply contact us hello@charliej.com.au so we can replace the item. Please note, items that are worn out and damaged by yourself will not be considered as a fault.

We only accept returns for full priced items and items purchased on promotion. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a store credit, so please choose carefully before you buy. For hygienic reasons, under garments and accessories cannot be returned.

If you have concerns about an item with sizing, colour etc we are always here to help. Please contact us at hello@charliej.com.au We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer store credit coupon with no expiry.

Your store credit code will be emailed to the email address indicated on your order and is issued for the full value of the returned item/s, less any discounts applied to your order and shipping costs your order may have incurred.
